Subject: erosion control :
Comments: Re-planting beds around a hopefully new lawn on a Northeasterly facing not terribly steep hillside in Mt.Adams. Still gets a fair amount of sun. Seeking best native and exotic plants for erosion control, non-formal, that also may be fairly low maint. Including ornamental trees, shrubs, grasses, etc. There are a number of 10 year old white pines planted across the back/bottom of the lot, a couple of 10 year old Brad pears at the top corner on each side and a mulberry along privacy fence in the middle. Beds will be u shape around turf and then whatever may work at all under pines. Considering offset ornamental tree/shrubs/rain garden/sitting area in yard. I have some things in mind, but would love a different perspective. Thanks for any advice
